  1. Our Products

All products sold on Clothing Pallet Qatar are authentic Pakistani fashion brands imported and sold in Qatar. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings. We make every effort to accurately describe all products, including fabric, sizing, and details.

  1. Pricing

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

  1. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed.

  1. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct Bank Transfer (payment details provided at checkout)
  • Cash on Delivery (selected areas in Qatar only)
  • For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders not paid within this period may be cancelled automatically.
  1. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Qatar only. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  1. Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via WhatsApp at +974 3330 2645. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased during promotional events.

  1. VIP Club Membership

Participation in the Clothing Pallet VIP Club is subject to the following:

  • VIP Membership is earned by completing 3 qualifying purchases of QAR 500 or more within a 5-month period
  • 1 loyalty point is earned for every QAR 100 spent
  • 50 loyalty points can be redeemed for a QAR 100 shopping voucher
  • Points and vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash
  • VIP Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder
  • Gold Membership is a limited promotional tier available to the first 10 VIP members and is valid for 1 month only
  • Clothing Pallet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club programme at any time without prior notice

All content on this website including images, logos, product descriptions, and brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.

  1. Privacy
