2. Our Products

All products sold on Clothing Pallet Qatar are authentic Pakistani fashion brands imported and sold in Qatar. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

  • Direct Bank Transfer (payment details provided at checkout)

  • Cash on Delivery (selected areas in Qatar only)

For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed within 48 hours. Orders not paid within this period may be cancelled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Qatar only. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +974 3330 2645. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items.

8. VIP Club Membership

  • VIP Membership is earned by completing 3 qualifying purchases of QAR 500 or more within a 5-month period

  • 1 loyalty point is earned for every QAR 100 spent

  • 50 loyalty points can be redeemed for a QAR 100 shopping voucher

  • Points and vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash

  • VIP Membership is non-transferable

  • Gold Membership is available to the first 10 VIP members and is valid for 1 month only

  • Clothing Pallet reserves the right to amend or terminate the VIP Club at any time

All content on this website belongs to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only to process orders and communicate with you. We do not share your information with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Clothing Pallet Qatar shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
